Redeemer Ministry Corps Celebrates 25 Years!

Saturday, June 23rd kicked off the celebratory events for the RMC program.  The day began with a picnic for the RMC alumni and the Sisters on the grounds of the Provincialate.  Approximately 12 former volunteers, including past directors of the program attended the event.  The picnic provided Alumni and Sisters the opportunity to reconnect and have fun!

Later in the day Fr. Dennis O’Donnell presided at the Liturgy of Thanksgiving and a formal dinner and recognition ceremony concluded the evening. The honorees in attendance who were recognized for their leadership of the RMC program were Sr. Regina Heilman who began the volunteer program in 1982, and past directors, Sr. Anne Marie Hass, Sr. Sophia Galm and Maleita Gousie Olson.  Others celebrating the events were Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, Redeemer Associates, RMC Advisory Committee members, Provincialate employees and past and present supervisors from Holy Redeemer Health System.
